Since starting BIRMAN in 2017 with the goal of building an inclusive safe, and easy going scholastic space where everyone is entitled to be treated fairly, I found more and more people chipping in with ideas to this constant work-in-progress establishment. We always call it ‘work-in-progress’ because we believe we evolve and develop with situations and needs as they come up.
